Since 2011, the danes have been able to keep up with, when the Danish musicians have interpreted each other’s works in the program ‘Top of the pops’.

The first season was star-studded with names like From DD, Jokeren, Anna David, and Lars H. U. G.

in recent years, we have been able to follow several Danish musicians in the program, where they share personal stories and sing each other’s songs.

Now, the program is again back with a tenth season.

It’s going to be busy in Gribskov in north Zealand, denmark. According to TV2, there are seven programs with a number of former cast members, as always, to interpret each other’s works.

– All Danish musical entertainment programme ‘Top of the pops’ in nine seasons has been the place where viewers have listened to the new interpretations of both the major and well-known icons, which no one comes out of it, and of the artists who has stood on the threshold of their future career, says Dorte Borregaard, there is underholdningsredaktør on TV2.

‘Top of the pops’ has been the synonym on the face of the Danish music business, and it is the role we celebrate in the new and very special season. We are so privileged to have the here 26 amazing musicians again, and it only emphasises what we really knew – that the ‘Top of the pops’ is a programme, which both artists and viewers love, she concludes.

The new in the coming season is that you will not have a ’today’s protagonist’.

instead, we hear hits and stories from each. From program to program, there will be new instrumental. In this way, the viewers allowed to see the 26 Danish musicians in new constellations, all of which have previously been in the ‘Top of the pops’.

One of the artists involved in the ’10 years on Top of the pops’, is Lau Mound, the lead singer of Carpark North. He was in no doubt that he would like to participate in the new season:

– It was a big experience to be with first time. To experience some great musical moments, to be touched each and every day and to laugh, which I rarely have done it before. I was like a fish in water in the season. It was almost like being at school again. It was damn fun to be with, so it was a very clear ‘yes’ to a trip more
