Security decree, The drowned of the host, result: gettizzazione and crime

the ROME – The organization for the defense of human rights, Amnesty International Italy has presented the report “The drowned hospitality – the consequences of the DL 113/2018 on the reception system Italian”. The “security Decree”, has introduced major changes in a reception system already limping. The research was conducted by Marco Omizzolo, sociologist and researcher for Amnesty international Italy, who presented the research, and has treated the topic, together with two other experts in the field and to the president of Amnesty International Italy. The panel concluded with the recommendations to the Italian government to modify substantially the current Decree.
