A skier from Italy, died on Saturday after an accident on the Klein Matterhorn. He was on the Swiss side, in a crevasse.
The Valais cantonal police confirmed Sunday, on request, an appropriate message to the Italian news Agency Ansa. The casualty was flown to the rescue from the crevasse by helicopter to a hospital in Bern, where he died, as it is called on. (sda)
