no, it is the Only one in the movie, I invented that. Legally, it’s not possible, because in Lebanon – and probably else where children are not allowed to occur as a plaintiff, you are in need of a guardian. In this case, the parents would accuse hardly yourself.
How did you know?
I had the idea for the research, as I have with neglected children in Beirut. The said often: “Why have me brought my parents to the world, if you are not able to take care of me?”

The kids are sensational. How have you found them?
Really on the road. My twelve-year-old main character is a refugee from Syria, he lived for six years in Lebanon. His ratios are almost worse than the one in the movie. The only difference is: He has loving parents who care for him. But he never attended a school.
And then he was as a film star in Cannes.

I needed no costumes in this production, had to pay for it no big Star, a Gage, no decorations to build, everything I found on the street. But a luxury I had: time.
