You can’t do your job – it do not agree
Local politicians (C): there Will be additional elections may you fix it without me
This is an opinion piece. It is the writer who stands for the views that are put forward in the text, not the newspaper Aftonbladet.
DEBATE. When the election campaign boiled you had all the answers. And the answer was almost always that if only the state got to decide more, so it would all be better. The care would be equally as (good?) everywhere. School performance would be up.
And as soon as you found any flaw in any municipality so dängde you to. Threatened with new law or found a new, moderately complicated contribution of some korvören that made you look good in tv.
But now we sit out here in the regions and municipalities. And waiting. Our majorities are formed. They are red-red, red-green, blue-green, red-green-pink and all the shades in between.
We have been able to manage the parties ‘ gains and cases, where the old friendship been tested and new ones have been forced to occur. Some have changed sides over the elections, some have come, others have got to go and it will of course be turbulent. It belongs to the democracy.
But we are now 38 000 persons chosen to the hundreds of committees and boards, and the vast majority of us (around 97%) these assignments as a pastime. We have taken new budgetary decisions in important issues, such as school, culture, health care and leisure. And we’ve done it without having a clue about what you are going to find at – or when.
this impresses not. Not at all. Despite the fact that you have applied for – and got – the trust of the people to sit on the country’s finest political mission, and despite the fact that you are surrounded by experts in all possible policies, so you are not able to solve the first task that was laid on your table: to manage the election results.
All you have been advocating cooperation, preferably over blockgränsen. Some doors have been struck again and so it’ll naturally be – you can’t be expected to cooperate with all.
But as soon as the good president is trying to create an opening so you have thrown you back down in the skyttegraven, and pointed the finger at each other. (Here I had been able to compare with a sandbox, but then I would have violated the children).
If you do not get together to form a government, despite four attempts so you are driving us into an extra option – and at a guess, you will expect the rest of us will take time off from our jobs (and to abandon our mission) in order to dressed in mitts and underwear run around in the streets and squares in order to convince the citizens that yet another choice will give an answer that differs from what was given in the beginning of september.
For my part, I say no, however, thank you. Fix you do not to a government, so can you fix your extra options on their own.
