The Scottish Prime Minister Nicola Sturgeon has accused the British Prime Minister of cowardice, because she wanted to postpone the parliamentary vote on the Brexit Treaty. The agreement must be reported immediately to the house of Commons for the vote, so that they can be rejected, she says.
