■ Ekim Alptekin , former business partner of Michael Flynn. Was charged 17 december 2018 for conspiracy to violate federal rules for lobbying.
■ Maria Butina , a suspected Russian agent. Charged with conspiracy to work as a foreign spy. Admitted guilt on december 13, 2018.
■ Michael Cohen , Trump’s former attorney. Indicted for tax evasion, finansbrott, kampanjfinansbrott. Admitted liability, 21 August 2018, was sentenced to three years in prison december 12, 2018.
■ Sam Patten , a lobbyist linked to the Constantine Klimnik. Prosecuted for not having registered as a foreign agent. Admitted liability on 31 August 2018.
