A Minister of the interior, does not know what separation of powers is, is a sad figure and as a Minister of the interior, disabled. A Minister of the interior, who knows what the separation of powers, respects you but miss, is unfit and dangerous.

Herbert Kickl (FPÖ), the populist Extremist in the government of ÖVP-Chancellor Sebastian Kurz in Vienna, is dangerous for the disabled; Kickl want to the right of the policy.

Austria’s Minister of the interior, Kickl talks as Viktor Orbán in Hungary and Jarosław Kaczyński in Poland, act. Kickl does not understand the relationship of democracy and the rule of law – or does not want to understand it. He understands how Orbán and Kaczyński, a political majority as a free for all.

majority decisions are not, however, automatically rule of decisions; majority creates a per se law. Democracy is not more than the statistics, a majority to be equated with constitutionality.

as anyone knows who has followed the legislation, for example, in the field of internal security in Germany, Austria or other EU-countries: democratic decisions are not automatically constitutional decisions,

they can be corrected by the national constitutional courts or the European court of justice; often enough it will happen.

Kickl have to learn to have respect for the law or go

majority in the Parliament is also not necessarily equate with truth and accuracy. In Austria, in Germany, in Poland and Hungary not – even if people like Orbán, Kaczyński and Kickl claim.

democracy is more than bare statistics, more than a voting procedure; it is a community, a community that respects its members and protects.

In a democracy that respects the law and Constitution, miss, there is not the Demos, but political arbitrariness. Democracy is also a community of values. That this remains so, for the right. What are the aims of the means by which, to decide policy. Whether or not it is legally viable, is a question of Law.

It may annoy a politician, he must respect it. The German Chancellery Minister Horst Ehmke (SPD) has called the Karlsruhe constitutional court in 1973, “assholes”, of which he could not be the Ostpolitik broken.

He then has to have the respect of the court of learning. Kickl have to learn it or go. A Minister of the interior, which is not on the ground of the Constitution, it would be a complete Minister of the interior.
