In the Stuttgart trial against five former employees of the weapons manufacturer Heckler & Koch for violation of the war weapons control and foreign trade law, the public Prosecutor’s office for three defendants in prison, has demanded sentences of between 22 and 33 months. The company should pay, according to the Prosecutor, moreover, 4.1 million Euro penalty. Two of the defendants were free to talk.

The five high-ranking former employees of the Oberndorfer company is alleged to have, between 2006 and 2009, nearly 5000 assault rifles and accessories delivered to, intended for a number of Mexican unrest provinces. The company knew that these States were not admitted to the war weapons control act for the Export and document accordingly manipulated.
