Linklaters senior consultant, Jaime Zurita, has been chosen as Best Senior Lawyer in the seventh edition of the Expansión Jurídico Awards.
Jaime Zurita, senior consultant at Linklaters in Spain, has managed to win the award for Best Senior Lawyer, one of the novelties of the seventh edition of the Expansión Jurídico Awards and which aims to recognize the talent of those lawyers over 70 who are still active in business law.
The lawyer, one of the leading specialists in takeover bids in our country, collaborates with the commercial department of the firm of British origin, which in Spain is directed by José Giménez. He has also participated in important arbitrations, such as the one between Total and Santander related to Cepsa.
Zurita, who is a professor of commercial law, has also been a member of the board of directors of several companies in different sectors.
