I saw the ”Grease” from 1978 when I was 10 years old. Tonårsromantiska ”After” brings to mind the old movie where the innocent tvärmesen Sandra (Olivia Newton-John) are connected with dangerous Danny Zuko (John Travolta) and makes about himself to fit into his world.
For me was ”Grease” a crucial cinematic experience. It was the first movie I saw that was not a children’s movie from Disney or Astrid Lindgren. It was, of course, so I thought it would go to: ”I Have the tour with me, I will maybe find a dude/guy with a bunch of and leather trousers, and so I adapt myself after him/them.”
Unbelievable, but the ”Grease” and its reactionary worldview (which came in the middle of the 1970s sexual liberation) got me and a entire generation to rot in the head when it comes to relationships.

. On the way to the display of the ”After”, I am in a good mood. I think to myself that a romance film among the teenagers is interesting. The young ones are so smart now. How has the situation changed? How do drömkärleken out in Hollywood today?

In the ”After”, we encounter the anachronistic innocence, Tessa (Josephine Langford) is on the way to college. She dresses in white and pastels and no garment is tight. I have only seen similar girls in the reality show about mormons, but no, Tessa is not a mormon. She is just idealtjejen from the 1950s, released in a story that takes place in 2019.
Already the first evening at the university, she finds the tattooed, svartklädde and dangerous guy Hardin (Hero Fiennes-Tiffin). Oh, my gosh! Is the black clothes still synonymous with bad?
the Film ”After”, is based on the book by the same name that blew up on the lists similar to the ”Twilight”series did. And the male lead Hardin is based on One Direction star Harry Styles.
The young actors make great efforts after the conditions. You feel the love. But it only lasts a short while, and so wish only that the two got to be in a much better movie.
