Per Bolund are financial markets and housing announced on Thursday that he will run as Gustav Fridolins successor: the Green party’s new spokesperson.

It has previously been speculated that Daniel Helldén could be one of the candidates. However, he has chosen to step aside for the benefit of Bolund. The reason for this is that Helldén looks more useful as a local politician in Stockholm.

” I think I have a mission of such importance and will take care of the entire modal shift in the city, but then there are of course discussions in the party. There are many people who have nominated me and think that I should set up. But I chose to say no and now will Per to stand. And I think he will be a good spokesperson, ” says Daniel Helldén and adds that it feels good.

He does not want to go into more detail on what it is that has nominated him, but says that there are people from different parts of the country.

– Now, I don’t know what other candidates but it is clear that Per has an excellent position in the congress and I think he will be elected.

– the Question is how many others that are so well-known within the party and externally? I have a hard time to see any of the others would be able to compete with the Bolund.

– I and Per have of course many similarities as stockholmspolitiker. But it is clear that we have differences in our appearance. He has served four years in government as a minister and I agree on with the down-to-earth kommunpolitik.

the Fight on the språkrörsposten is not the first context where it has been speculated Helldén. Before regeringsfröklaringen viskades also borgarrådet could have been a infrastrukturministerkandidat in the Video: 2-the government. He has previously hinted that he is interested in to try on this council.

Daniel Helldén is disappointed that such was not the outcome.

” It is clear that it had been exciting to work on a national level. With infrastrukturfrågorna, I have been in Stockholm. Now, we are not infrastrukturministerposten but it ended up entirely on the democrats. It feels sad, but at the same time, it is just to accept the situation.

” I have no idea but I had not had anything against it.

He wants to be clear that he had not had the passat ”which by none that time”.

“But when it comes infrastrukturministerposten, I’ve been on with the issues in Stockholm, and know what had to be done,” says Daniel Helldén.
