Even two out of three Finnish company is of the opinion that the shortage of skilled labor has caused problems in the company’s business, told the chamber of Commerce survey.
in the Same survey, half of the companies report that the reduction of labour costs increase labour demand in the next year. About half of the companies were of the opinion that the economic outlook improved and less uncertainty would make investment for growth in the coming year.
– a labour shortage of companies has an exceptionally high proportion. This is indicative of the Finnish economy structural challenges, said the central chamber of commerce chief economist Mauri Kotamäki release.
– People don’t take the job so eagerly as a suitable hope. Also internal migration, is too limited. In the best case know their hands are already at work, and performing hands simply find, when the eye should be directed to the borders of the country, Kotamäki continue.

the chamber of Commerce survey on enterprises was made at the end of September as part of european chambers of commerce joint body Eurochambresin query.
the Questionnaire was answered by about 760 enterprises in various areas around Finland.
