Ingram was one of the biggest stars in r&b and soul in the 1980’s and 90’s, and has won two grammy awards and been nominated for the same prize 14 times. He broke through in 1982 with Patti Austin-duet “Baby come to me” topped the musiklistorna with songs like “I don’t have the heart” and “Yah mo b there”.
