He has claimed that he has alibi, and then his data is verified with witnesses released the man, reports the P4 Blekinge. But the prosecutor stresses that he is still suspected of attempted murder and aggravated robbery.
Another three men are suspected of involvement, and they remain in custody.
The older man is in a wheelchair and mugged in his home on the night of 1 February, when he was asleep. He was severely beaten, and was found afterwards by the relatives.
