As in the autonomous march of 2015, the PSOE was yesterday the list with the most votes in the eight andalusian provinces except for Almeria, but for the first time in 36 years, this hegemony is not going to be enough to govern. Seville is the only province in which the two formations of the left (the PSOE and Later Andalusia) gain with clarity. In Jaén is recorded almost a tie between the formations of left and right and in the other six provinces the sum of the PP, Citizens, and the Vox exceeds in votes in both formations of the left.
Seville. The Spanish socialist workers party lost two deputies and 120,000 votes in its stronghold of andalusia. The province by presenting the president Susana Diaz has gone from hoarding more than 38% in the elections of 2015 to exceed by very little the 30%. Even taking the worst result of its history (261.681 votes and six deputies), the socialist party maintains hegemony in Seville and gets two seats and 98.000 votes more that Ahead of Andalusia, which is second. The two parties of the left added in this province, 10 members, compared to eight Citizens, PP and Vox. The fall of the popular to fourth place is another relevant piece of information that leave these elections, in which the former mayor of Seville and a former minister of the Interior Juan Ignacio Zoido topped the list in this province. Vox gets two seats.
Malaga. The PSOE, the PP and Citizens are tied to four seats. Although the socialists, with 151.000 votes, was the list with the most votes, the PSOE has lost in this province, two deputies and more than 50,000 ballots. The PP loses a seat in one of their strongholds (in 2015 won five), Citizens win two and Vox bursts in with two deputies. Forward Andalucia was three.
