According to the indictment, Larsson a post on SD Karlskrona’s Facebook page in november 2017 have identified muslims as terrorists and kvinnoförtryckare. The post was made before the inauguration of a new minaret in Karlskrona. The court considers, however, that the post was made in a ”current and ongoing political issue” and that it ”is not necessary or reasonable to restrict Christoper Larsson’s freedom of expression in this case”, writes the court in the judgment
