Liva Isakson Lundin and Linnéa Sjöberg has been awarded with the Maria Bonnier Dahlin foundation grant for 2018. They receive sek 100,000 each and in our presented their artistry in an exhibition at Bonniers Konsthall.
Liva Isakson Lundin is born in 1990, lives in Stockholm and works with sculpture and installations. According to the prize announcement as she examines ”the materials inherent properties of the fictitious mood” . Works in materials such as steel, gelatin, rubber and glass worn by the contrasts between the likes of soft and hard, fat and dry, permanent and temporary.
Linnea Sjöberg, born in 1983 and lives in Berlin, is recognized, then the former for their art project where she ”time after time puts himself in the game”. She lives in the different personalities and roles, such as ”Karriärkvinnan” she played in 1.5 years. In fact, the ”Salon Flyttkartong”, she pursued her a ambulerade tatueringssalong and later portrayed, she is a vikingakvinna.
