A look into the history of the earth
It is an ambitious project that took the photographer Olivier Grunewald and the journalist Bernadette Gilbertas in attack. You want to tell with your book, nothing less than the history of the earth from the Big Bang 14 billion years ago until the development of the animal and plant world in image and Text. You managed very well. The photos are stunning, the short explanations instructive. The lyrics to the earth formation, in contrast, are formulated sometimes a bit flowery, if the authors embark on the “search for witnesses in the early days of our planet”. The texts are peppered with a lot of interesting facts, such as that prior to 3.7 billion years ago, prokaryotes sediment could have formed in rock, such as discoveries in Western Australia and Greenland suspect. From time to time would have a graphic to illustrate a complex event, such as the education Urkontinenten,. All in all, a magnificent work. (afo)

Some fascinating examples of the mathematician Christian Hesse presented. You want to save your marriage? Then you may want to try the 5:1 rule. The marriage should fail, the fairness formula, the ownership split. Even a solid mathematical proof of God, presented to the author. Of course it depends on how God is defined here – certainly something different, as it Betcup would do most mathematicians. “Leben2” is an entertaining, humorous book written that can even those of the mathematics, diebeim sight of root characters, or differential equations in the shock expire.
