ROME – Found in the meteorite of new year’s Eve is one of the fragments of the bolide, that is the meteor that is particularly bright in the evening of the first of January, has been spotted on the North of Italy by the network of cameras Prism, coordinated by the National Institute of Astrophysics (Inaf). Found in the province of Modena, the cyclist emiliano David Gaddi, known to arrange his travel in bicycle fundraisers for charity.

Recognizable by the dark patina, and the corners blunted, the fragments were found in the area Disvetro-Rovereto sul Secchia (Modena), to the limits of the area indicated by the calculations of the net Prism (the First Italian Network for the systematic Surveillance of Meteors and of the Atmosphere).
