A fugleklat on the windshield gives good luck, so they say. But luck is growing, apparently not together with the amount of dung on the glass.
It had a 30-year-old motorist from Southend, England, recently true, since he got a p-charge on a little over 1300 dollars stuck in the hand – despite the fact that he had permission to park.
The local duefamilie had emptied latrinspanden out of his car to such an extent that it was impossible for the p-guard to see the permit in the windshield. How it had come so far, report the story, not something about, but surely it is, in turn, to the unfortunate owner, Scott Coltart, now refuses to pay.
The typing of The Sun, which cites local paper Southend Standard.
Owner does not believe that he should be accountable for whether the birds choose to make morgentoilette on his car or not. Uhumskhederne was apparently handed over, while the car was parked in front of his home, but the owner first discovered the problem, because the p-guard had hive bødeblokken forward.
Southend Standard writes that Scott Coltart immediately ran out to stop the guard, even though he still only had his boxers on.
He wiped the pane clean and showed the p-guard in the valid permission – but the fine was written.
– He (the warden, ed.) was very rude, beat the p-tax down on the windshield and said that we could complain if we would, said Scott Coltart for the local paper.
the Owner and his wife, Lisa, followed in the monitor sense the recommendation, but lost the subsequent case of two laps. Why the tax eventually increased to over 1300 crowns.
Along with the mark up came a warning that the pair would receive a visit from the bailiff, if they are not paid quickly.
– The only thing we have in my eyes can do, is to pay. But we should not have to, says Lisa Coltart to the Southend Standard and elaborates:
– bird droppings is not something we can control. In the charge, it appears that we have an invalid parking permit, but it is not true, and our street gets checked several times a day.
Completely closed the case, however, apparently not.
– We are currently discussing the matter with our business partner and will contact the family directly, writes a spokesperson for the city government for the local paper.
