LTF’eren, who was found guilty of attempted murder of two policemen and sentenced to 20 years in prison and deportation for ever, anchor byrettens judgment.

He will be dismissed.

This was stated by his counsel, attorney David Neutzsky-Wulff.

the district Court found it proven that the 20-year-old member of the Loyal to Familia drove the scooter, which was shot against a civil police car in Mjølnerparken in outer Nørrebro. It was hit by at least five shots.

One of the officers in the court explained that the scooter stopped five feet from them, then the passenger looked directly into the car, pulled a gun and pointed at them. The officers threw themselves down in the car and heard about five shots.

the Case was during the previous years of gang-related conflict between the LTF and the Brothas that cost three people their lives. It is the police view that the perpetrators mistook the police officers with rival gang members.

in addition to drabsforsøget on the two police officers was the 20-year-old convicted of three cases of possession of weapons and threats.

the Court found that all the incidents, except the two cases of threats, was a part of the bandekonflikten. Therefore, he was convicted after the special bandeparagraf, which allows to increase the penalty by up to double.

Three other members of the Loyal to Familia was acquitted in the case.
