“Personal motive”. A request from the complainant, a young woman (24 years old) who accuses Hakimi of having abused her and of having practiced digital penetration. Alleged events which took place at the home of Achraf Hakimi and which date back to February 25. The said young woman had reported a rape to the Nogent-sur-Marne police station but had not filed a complaint. However, the courts took up the matter and indicted the Parisian at the beginning of March, without a ban on leaving the territory. Which Parisian has firmly denied these accusations from the start, his lawyer having even denounced an “attempted racketeering” in recent months.
