– It was not any gender victory. But it was a clean arbejdssejr! And it was driven home. For me personally, it was a really shitty match. And I was not really in time with what I would like – and otherwise blew it.
It was words from the 29-year-old Mikkel Nielsen (8-0) to Ekstra Bladet after weltervægterens titles over the 34-year-old Swedish opponent Karlo Tabaghua (18-13).
