It has not yet got the wind in their sails in Denmark, but hashtagget #trashtag is beginning to spread like a wildfire around the world.

And this time is the phenomenon of social media is not completely useless.

#trashtag is on to clean up in nature, and then you share a before/after photo of one’s holdings to show the rest of the world, what a difference it makes.

Byron Román was the first to send the clean message in the world.

In a facebook lookup with the accompanying image, he writes, ‘Here is a new #challenge to all teenagers who are bored. Take a picture of an area in need of cleaning or maintenance, then take a picture after you have done something about it, and share it’.

the Lookup is from the fifth of march, but has really gained momentum in the past week, when it got media attention. The lookup has at the time of writing gained more than 100 thousand shares and 333 thousand shares.

Román is thus no longer solely about its good deeds.
