Pablo Perea Villena, the Fundacion Balonmano Ciudad de Granada’s women’s project director for the next season, will take over.
Following the agreement between the clubs, the Granada team will play in National First Division. The Padul Handball youth team will be a subsidiary.

It is a privilege to have a coach with a proven track record, according to the Granada club. He is an EHF Master Coach and a national coach, Andalusian women’s youth coach, from 2006 to 2009. He also holds a gold medal and two silver medals, Andalusian women’s cadet coach (2010 to 2015), and was named champion of Carpathian Trophy. In the three years since, he has been the national youth women’s coach, winning the Cup of Nations and Scandiberian Tournament.
