In September a year ago, the United was diagnosed with Talent, testicular cancer, his mother burst into tears. “I was so surprised that I could not cry,” recalls Taylor in an Interview with the BBC. His first thought was: “Will I play again soccer ?” Only later was the interior defender is aware that this disease could end his life. He woke up in the night and thought: “I could die.” Taylor later found out that the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes and in the lungs. The football Talent was out of surgery and immediately began chemotherapy.

After nine weeks of therapy, Taylor got his results: “The doctor had good News, because he smiled,” says Taylor. Although he had defeated the cancer, had Taylor once again under the knife. He then made his way back into everyday life. “This is the hardest part, if you can’t return to normality.” Everyone thought he would be “normal” again, as in earlier times.

But Taylor fought his way through and was rewarded. In the summer, he returned to Manchester United. And now this: coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer offered the 19-Year-olds, with a few other U-23 players, for the first time for a Europa League game on.
