The next few months will be crucial for the French men’s 3×3 basketball team, which has not yet won its ticket to compete in the Olympic Games. With this in mind, the Blues staff decided to integrate three five-a-side basketball players, who will take part in the first gathering of the year in Beauvais.

Alex Toupane, bronze medalist with the French 5-a-side team in 2019 and NBA champion with the Milwaukee Bucks, is one of the new guys. Lahaou Konaté and Romuald Morency also take part in the adventure, in a group made up of a total of sixteen players.

Karim Souchu’s men have two qualifying tournaments left to qualify and take part in the Olympic dream: in Utsunomiya (Japan) from May 3 to 5, 2024 then in Debrecen (Hungary) from May 16 to 19, 2024.
