A striking entry into play. A few minutes after being launched, Dominik Szoboszlai released a powerful, luminous shot with a perfect trajectory to score a splendid goal from 30 m which gave Liverpool a 2-1 advantage against Leicester (final victory 3-1 ) in the League Cup this Wednesday.

“I don’t know if it’s my best goal, I scored one of my best in the national team and also in Salzburg,” underlined the Hungarian midfielder who played for Salzburg and Leipzig before signing for Liverpool last summer.

Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp also spoke about the Hungarian international in his post-match press conference: “Since the first minute of training he has been impressive. He’s a great guy, a very good guy. I don’t need to tell him to shoot, he knows it better than me, he’s really good. He has very good technique. It’s a great goal.”
