Paris Basket continued its unbeaten streak in Elite on Saturday thanks to its clear 83-65 victory on the Beaublanc floor against Limoges.

With four victories in four matches, the Parisians are putting pressure on their pursuers Cholet, Asvel and Monaco, the latter two facing each other on Sunday.

Paris, led by its leader T.J. Shorts (17 points, 9 assists), had already built its success in the first period, which ended leading 44-28. Well above Limougeaux, the Parisians then maintained a comfortable lead which allowed them to continue their good series.

The 4th day began with Bourg-en-Bresse’s victory against Gravelines-Dunkerque (90-82). Bourg-en-Bresse, who fell for the first time this season a few days ago in Blois, got their heads back together by inflicting a fourth defeat in as many matches at the BCM, thanks in particular to the 22 points from the American JeQuan Lewis.

No victory for Gravelines-Dunkerque, none either for Le Portel, who fell to Le Mans 73-67. A second success for the Manceaux who had been slapped in Paris 112-71 three days earlier. Finally Nanterre won on the Blois floor at the end of the afternoon (89-78). The 4th day will continue on Sunday with a clash of favorites between Asvel and Monaco. The two teams remain undefeated for the moment this season and will not want to be let go by Paris.
