Retired since March 2020 on the slopes of Konthiolathi (Finland), Martin Fourcade, member of the IOC and of the Paris 2024 Athletes’ Commission, lacks neither activity nor projects. The last one will pose it alone on stage. For an “Hors-piste” show, on October 18 and 19, 2023 at the MC2 in Grenoble, before a tour in Paris, Châteauroux, Lyon, Annecy, Perpignan, Aix-en-Provence, Chambéry, Colmar and Bordeaux. He retraces his career as a very high level athlete through intimate stories and confessions behind the scenes of the competition. The French biathlon legend co-wrote the text with Sébastien Deurdilly. He is accompanied by Parelle Gervasoni (dramaturgy) and by Matthieu Cruciani (stage director).
Fifteen dates across France are scheduled until March 2024, including two in Paris, on November 9 and 10, at the Théâtre du Rond-Point.
Eleven times crowned individual world champion and seven times winner of the big crystal globe which rewards the best winter biathlete, Fourcade, five-time Olympic biathlon champion will discover a new universe.
