The qualifications for the next Europ 2024 played in Germany (June 14-July 14) resume this Thursday. This group stage will end on November 21, 2023 and will designate 20 of the 23 qualified teams. There will then be play-offs from March 21 to 26, 2024 for the allocation of the last three places.
Full success for Scotland with five victories in five matches, including a prestigious one against Spain on March 28 (2-0). La Roja is currently 2nd in the group with nine points, behind Scotland which leads the way with 15 points. Behind, the task looks complicated for Norway of Erling Haaland and Martin Odegaard, who only have 7 points in five matches. Willy Sagnol’s Georgia is in ambush.

The Netherlands and Greece look set to battle it out for second place in the group. Both teams are tied with 9 points, even if the Greeks have a game in hand. The confrontation on October 16 promises to be difficult.

Sweden is behind with only 6 points, and could not see Euro 2024 if it does not quickly rectify the situation.
