Love stories usually end badly, and the relationship between Leonardo Bonucci and Juventus is no exception to the rule. Pushed out by the Turin club this summer after twelve contested seasons (2010-2017 then 2018-2023), the Italian defender, now under contract with Union Berlin, should file a complaint against the Old Lady for professional and image damage indicates Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 36-year-old points out treatment deemed “abnormal”, calling into question an exclusion from the group which prevented him from training with the rest of the team, from accessing the swimming pool, the gym or still at the restaurant.

Dismissed then reintegrated into the group at the end of the season following his multiple requests, the man who has 502 matches in the Bianconeri jersey made the decision to break his lease with Juve and leave Italy. Before finally going further and taking legal action against his former club for a “lack of adequate training conditions at his disposal, damage to the image and professional character”.
In his approach, Bonucci indicated that the profits raised during the trial would be donated to two charities: Live Onlus, which provides defibrillators to clubs and Neuroland, support for the families of children hospitalized in pediatric neurosurgery in Turin.
