An incredible scene occurred this Sunday during the Miami GP. Lando Norris, the British McLaren driver, took control of the race after successive stops in the pits. But an incident between Logan Sargeant and Kevin Magnussen led to the intervention of the safety car.

The latter intervenes but was poorly positioned and hampered triple world champion Max Verstappen. Too accustomed to positioning itself in front of the Dutchman, the car put itself in front of him instead of putting itself in front of Norris, then leader. An error which allowed Lando Norris to take the lead in the race.
