The Basques are only nine days away from their trip to the Parc des Princes to face PSG in the round of 16 first leg of the UCL and their infirmary has never been so full.

Hit in the knee at the start of the match against Girona (0-0), Alavaro Odriozola suffered a hyperextension of his right knee. In a press release, the Basque club therefore announced that the latter would have to miss several weeks of competitions.

This winter’s new recruit, Sheraldo Becker, also feels discomfort in his hamstrings and is not sure if he will be available to face the Parisian club. These two new injuries do not help the situation of Real Sociedad which already had a significant number of injured within its squad.
