The Disciplinary Committee of the Professional Football League (LFP) imposed two closing matches on the lower part of the Popular South stand of the Allianz Riviera “for use of pyrotechnic devices, oral expressions noted and banner” during the match Nice-PSG, April 8.
In the first half of the meeting counting for the 30th day of Ligue 1, a banner “Before / After, the mama di Galtier” had been deployed by the Popular South tribune of Nice, accompanied by an insulting song for the mother of the club’s ex-coach, currently on the PSG bench.
Already whistled at the announcement of the teams, Christophe Galtier had gone to applaud the Nice stand at the end of the match, which had again reacted with insulting songs.
