Kylian Mbappé is the starter and captain with Paris SG against Nice at the opening of the 5th day of Ligue 1 at the Parc des Princes, the day after a “reassuring examination” on the patella tendon which bothered him in the French team.
The Parisian striker had missed, in selection, the match in Dortmund against Germany on Tuesday, giving some cold sweats to the club which is preparing to have matches in one week against Nice, Dortmund on Tuesday and Marseille on Sunday 24. But he was established by coach Luis Enrique, recovering the captain’s armband in the process, after training on Thursday at the PSG Campus in Poissy.
In defense, Danilo replaces the usual captain Marquinhos, who only returned Thursday from the Brazilian selection. In the middle, Carlos Soler is also lined up in place of Manuel Ugarte, who also returned late from the Uruguayan selection. Finally, Gonçalo Ramos is established at the forefront of the attack, occupied during the last matches by Asensio, but injured during the break.
