Cameroonian international defender Jean-Charles Castelletto has extended his contract for two seasons with FC Nantes, to which he is now linked until 2028, the Canaries announced on Saturday.

Trained in Auxerre and arrived on the banks of the Erdre in 2020 from Brest, the 29-year-old player mainly plays in the center, but he has also sometimes been aligned on both sides.

Castelletto has just passed the milestone of 100 Ligue 1 matches with Nantes, during the defeat (1-0) against Lens, on his return from the African Cup of Nations in which he had played all four matches played by the Cameroon (22 caps), until its elimination in the round of 16 against Nigeria (2-0).
