In a first moment it is removed the edges, allowing the screen to occupy that precious space; later it was the turn of the home button, which is being eliminated progressively in order to expand the size of the screen. There is not space, nor a single millimetre to lose, to the point that Apple was forced to drop the famous notch, and that stranger added at the top that then has become a mark of identity of the iPhone X, where to place the sensors and front camera. But the battle to reach the screen did not start, and the next thing you see will be the integrated camera in the screen itself.
The snapshot has leaked Huawei in your profile on the popular social network in China, Weibo, and then remove it once the attention of the media: this is the front of a smartphone in which there is no other thing than screen and more screen. There is No notch but what is most striking is that the space for the optical front has been reduced to the minimum possible and it is now a simple hole integrated in the front. The manufacturer has given full validity to this image, and assigns to the media the next 3 December, the date will be announced this mysterious terminal, which some suspect will be the Nova 4.
The race to be the first on the screen ‘perforated’
The advance of Huawei, which has been supplemented with a date Setrabet looming on the horizon, is not trivial: this manufacturer wants to make sure of being the first to launch a mobile market with the integrated optics in the screen. But it seems that Huawei will not be alone, not for a long time, at least. Guess what other manufacturer is close to announce a smartphone with a screen of these features… Indeed, Samsung. The koreans have, as you know, several fronts, and of gauge: the long-awaited Galaxy F with a folding screen, on the one hand, and on the other, a terminal with a perforated screen to the optics (christened by Samsung as Infinity-Or), who is suspected it could be the Galaxy A8s.
Image of Samsung.
This terminal would have a screen to Infinity-Or (perforated for the inclusion of an optical front round) 6,39 inches, and the only exception to this space devoted to the screen would be for the house of selfies that I would have a lens 24 megapixels. It was Samsung who showed at the last conference of developers what was the trajectory of the screens and how the trend was to go, dropping of items remaining space to the screen, a task that poses a challenge for the engineers of the companies involved in this race.
To take a bit more wood on the matter, if anything, has leaked what could be the front of the above-mentioned terminal of the koreans (although it could also be a screen saver), in a photo that gives us an idea of how will be the screens that come in the house. TNW argues that Samsung could announce the Galaxy A8s in December or January, although the manufacturer has not confirmed yet this end.
