UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) star Conor McGregor is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a stadium bathroom just after Game 4 of the NBA Finals in Miami, TMZ reported Thursday. . Through her attorney, the woman sent letters of demand to the fighter, the NBA and the Miami Heat for a settlement instead of legal action. “We are aware of the allegations and are conducting a full investigation,” the Heat said in a statement. “Pending the results of the investigation, we will refrain from further comment.” In the letters, the woman’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, says team and NBA security forced the woman to enter the restroom where McGregor and his security guard were waiting for him. Then, writes Ariel Mitchell, McGregor “aggressively kissed” the woman as security blocked anyone from entering the restroom. McGregor then forced her to perform oral sex on him, and as he attempted to continue the sexual activity, the woman elbowed him several times and was able to escape, according to Mitchell. She reported the alleged assault to Florida police on June 11.

Representatives for McGregor told TMZ the allegations were false. “Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated,” they added. UFC officials told TMZ they are aware of the allegations. “The UFC will let the legal process unfold before making any further statements,” the statement read.

McGregor attended the June 9 game and participated in a halftime promotional action in which he punched the Heat mascot several times. Burnie, the mascot, had to go to the emergency room and was sent home with painkillers, USA Today reported.
