Last May, the event brought together more than 278,000 spectators over three days, for what was the 1,000th Grand Prix in history, an attendance record for a motorcycle Grand Prix.
Frenchman Johann Zarco took third place behind Italian Marco Bezzecchi and Spaniard Jorge Martin on the Bugatti circuit in Le Mans, which has hosted the event for 23 years.
While the full schedule for the 2024 Moto GP season has not yet been revealed, the dates for the GP in France have been set for May 10-12 and ticketing for the event will open on October 3.
