South African Brad Binder (KTM) won the sprint of the Spanish Grand Prix, the fourth round of the MotoGP season, ahead of reigning world champion Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati), who is closing in on overall leader Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati-VR46), 9th in the race on Saturday at Jerez. In the championship, Bezzecchi, who will start in 13th position in the race on Sunday, is only three points ahead of Bagnaia, who will start from fifth place on the grid.
