A year and a couple of months after the patent war between Nokia and Oppo led the Chinese company to have to stop selling its terminals in Europe, Oppo returns with force to the Old Continent.
The Asian company has decided to return with a mid-range device, Oppo Reno 11 F 5G with interesting features to make this device attractive for those users looking for durability, a more than decent camera and an outstanding battery.
On the outside, the new Oppo is a light terminal, weighing 177 grams, with a 6.7-inch panel that is quite suitable for daily use. The appearance is very similar to other competing devices, but Oppo wanted to give it a differentiating touch with the finishes, specifically with the Ocean Blue and Palm Green models, manufactured with the exclusive OPPO Glow design process. In the case of the Ocean Blue color, the company has incorporated a Magnetic Particle Design finish, which incorporates layers of magnetic particles to the OPPO Glow finish. In addition, it has IP65 certification, which protects it from splashes.
In fact, Oppo boasts of the durability of its equipment by ensuring that it has been subjected to very severe quality and resistance tests to ensure its resistance. Without going any further, Oppo shows a video in which a car passes over the equipment and does not break. Although better not to try.
As for the screen, it boasts a 6.7-inch borderless AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, with a screen-to-body ratio of 93.4%.
In terms of power, the Oppo Reno 11 F 5G has the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chip with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage and a storage expansion of up to 2 TB via microSD card. Thanks to ColorOS 14’s Vizalitation ROM technology, the system can save up to 23GB of extra space, to ensure greater performance and fluidity. In addition, Oppo’s 48-month fluency protection also ensures the optimization of the Oppo Reno11 F 5G for years to come.
Another point where Oppo has decided to invest to ensure good efficiency is in the battery. The Reno 11 F 5G has a 5,000 mAh battery and 67W fast charging, which makes it possible to charge to 30% in just 10 minutes and reach 100% charge in just 48 minutes.
Likewise, Oppo assures that the terminal will have an optimal battery for 4 years of use, and offers charging even in extreme situations, such as up to 20 degrees below zero.
As for the camera, it is clearly a mid-range terminal, but in the tests carried out with the equipment it has surprised for the better. The Reno11 F 5G comes with a 64MP triple camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The highest quality of photography is completed with its 32MP selfie camera, equipped with a Sony IMX 615 sensor. In addition, it allows you to record videos with 4K resolution with its selfie camera, which takes the video experience to another level.
In short, we are faced with a terminal that perfectly combines the rule of good, pretty and cheap, with a quite attractive price and features that, after several weeks of use, allow very fluid use of the equipment.
The OPPO Reno11 F 5G is available in Spain for a price of 399 euros.
