In a preparation match for the World Cup (September 8-October 28), Wales won this Saturday at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, against England (20-9). The first act shed light on the struggles of these two nations coming out of a disappointing Six Nations Tournament. Superior in the first half, the English came up against a solid Welsh defensive line that never broke. The first is scored by Davies under the posts after a lot of work from Morgan. The second by the three-quarter wing George North. Note, the faultless at the foot of Leigh Halfpenny (10 points). For his return to the national team and his 100th selection, the Welshman who passed through RC Toulon distinguished himself.
