Juventus Turin French international Adrien Rabiot, injured in his left foot at the end of February, returned to training with his teammates on Thursday, his club announced.

“Adrien Rabiot took part in training with his teammates,” said the Piedmont club three days before the 29th day match against Genoa. Rabiot injured the big toe of his left foot (dislocation) on February 25 during the victory against Frosinone (3-2), counting for the 26th day of Serie A.

Despite this injury, Rabiot was selected Thursday by Didier Deschamps to face Germany and Chile in preparation matches for Euro-2024 on March 23 and 26. In his absence, Juve lost in Naples and was held to a draw at home by Atalanta (2-2). It fell to 3rd place (58 pts), behind Inter (1st, 75 pts) and AC Milan (2nd, 59 pts), having pocketed only six points in seven matches since January 27.
