Germany, intern discovers the dagger of 2000 years ago, that tells of the battle of Teutoburgo

THE clash between romans and germanic tribes echoes thanks to an extraordinary discovery occurred in the German town of Haltern am See, near an ancient fortress of the border. During the archaeological excavations, the intern, 19-year-old Nico Calmund has discovered a dagger complete with scabbard and belt belonged to a roman legionary, who, after months of restoration work proved to be in exceptional condition both “seem new”.
