Venezuela’s foreign Minister, Jorge Arreaza, has proposed a summit meeting with US President Donald Trump in Switzerland. Head of government of Nicolás Maduro and Trump could discuss their differences directly.
“We are open for a dialogue with the United States,” said Arreaza on Wednesday before the UN human rights Council in Geneva. “Why not between President Maduro and Trump? Why you shouldn’t meet to find a common ground and discuss their differences?”
