Transactions increased by 7.3% in May compared to a year earlier and prices rose by 3.8% year-on-year -to stand at an average of 1,548 euros per square meter-, although the granting of mortgages for their purchase was only increased 1%.
This is reflected in the data released today by the General Council of Notaries, which also show that, by type of property, the sale of flats increased by 8.8% year-on-year and their prices by 1.7%, while home sales single-family
