BOLOGNA , a former minister, Carlo Calenda , who, with his motion “Action,” says Stefano Bonaccini, is convinced and says without words: Lucia Borgonzoni “does not have the resume to make the governor of the Emilia-Romagna region”. Calenda then adds: “To me, Borgonzoni is not even disagreeable.
