Russian President Vladimir Putin has called for the creation of a Russian Alternative to the Online reference Wikipedia. It would be better to replace Wikipedia by a local Online encyclopedia.
Putin said on Tuesday: “The will then be at least reliable information, presented on a good, modern way.”
